Running Club

Running club: every Tuesday at 3:30pm
Running club is a weekly sports club which runs every Tuesday afternoon between 3:30 and 4 :30.  The club is open to students of all ages and abilities and aims to promote personal fitness amongst its members.  Weekly outings include runs along the coastal path, fitness sessions on site as well as beach runs.  This year the running club is hoping to enter a few events such as local 3km and 5km runs.  Miss Arbuthnot, Miss Willighan and Miss McCoy hope that these events will give the DCP runners a few personal targets to aim for in their running this year.  So if your fancy improving your own fitness levels then why not join us at running club?
