Action Mental Health is currently offering a free ‘Mindset’ programme, a Mental & Emotional Health & Well-Being Awareness programme funded by the PHA which has been redeveloped for delivery online via Zoom to participants and is currently available until July 31st 2020. For groups age 14- 17 and age 18+.
